General Terms

The following purchase terms apply to Platinum Essence:

These terms, together with your order and confirmation, form the basis of your purchase agreement. The terms and information on platinumess.com are provided in Swedish.

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our website.

These conditions apply when you, as a consumer, make purchases from our site. If you are purchasing through a company, different terms or the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (1990:931) may apply.

Where written documentation is required, communication via email, SMS, or letter is considered valid.

Prices

The order summary includes all associated costs, such as shipping, packaging, and 25% VAT. All prices are in SEK.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, printing errors, or incorrect pricing.

Payment

Products

Payment methods include:

  • Credit/debit card (e.g., Visa, MasterCard)
  • Invoice
  • Installments

Transactions are processed immediately. Payments are handled via our secure payment portal.

For invoice payments, the due date is listed on the invoice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud or other valid reasons.

Services

Payment method:

  • Invoice only (product payment methods do not apply to services)

Services are invoiced via our partner Fortnox. We reserve the right to change payment methods, prices, and invoicing times at any time.

We only accept payments from accounts within the EU. Customers are responsible for any transaction fees.

For invoice purchases, payment is due within 30 days from the shipping date. A reminder fee of 60 SEK may apply for late or missed payments. The first reminder is sent 30 days after the delivery confirmation, with subsequent reminders every 10 days. You may provide evidence to dispute the fee.

Order Handling

Upon receiving your order, we will send an automatic confirmation to your provided email address. Please review it carefully. If anything is incorrect, contact us immediately.

We reserve the right to cancel all or part of your order if a product is out of stock. You will be informed and offered an alternative if available.

We may make changes to your order until it has been shipped. After shipment, cancellation requires exercising your right of withdrawal.

Delivery

Products are delivered according to the order confirmation. We bear the risk until the item is in your possession.

Orders are shipped via PostNord after payment. In some cases, delivery may be delayed by up to 24 hours due to manual fraud checks. Shipping and returns are free of charge. Delivery is made to the address or nearest PostNord agent within 1–3 business days.

In case of delay, you will be informed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).

Returns & Warranty

You have the right to claim defective products under Swedish consumer law, which provides a 3-year warranty for private individuals. Claims should be made as soon as the defect is noticed.

All products come with a 3-year warranty. If you wish to return a product, use the return slip included in your order or contact customer service.

We are not liable for indirect damages or product changes by the supplier.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Notify us by using the return form or via email/SMS with your order number.

We will refund the full purchase amount, including any fees, within 14 days of receiving your returned item or proof of return.

Product Information

We are not responsible for printing errors or sold-out products. Product images may differ due to screen settings or lighting.

Cookies

In accordance with electronic communication laws, users must be informed of cookie usage. Cookies are small text files stored on your device to enable website functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. More details are in our Privacy Policy.

Personal Data

By shopping at Platinum Essence, you agree to our data protection policy. We collect only the data necessary to fulfill your order and do not share data with third parties without legal basis.
